I have been visiting Wang Chungs for around 10 years now. It has always been an amazing venue. Friendly star, reasonable drinks, fantastic location, and one of the best nights you’ll ever have in a karaoke bar. Recently, we had a celebration for a friend who passed away. Wang Chungs went above and beyond to create the perfect evening for us. . We couldn’t have asked for a better night. Lots of singing great drinks fantastic service, friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Wang Chungs any time for any occasion.
Wang Chungs is such a fun and inviting karaoke bar, the best in Waikiki. They have trivia every other Monday and music bingo every Wednesday. Several specialty cocktails crafted by the staff that are sooo good! This is our go to place for a guaranteed good time. We LOVE the bartender Chelsea!!! LGBTQ friendly but definitely a place to be enjoyed by everyone! Do not even pay any mind to some of the unpleasant reviews. They're most likely written by patrons that can't handle their alcohol and got themselves kicked out.
Wow. Just Wow. This bar is absolutely incredible. Most notably, the cleanest, most comfortable bar I have ever been in. They offer a smart-phone-based system for ordering drinks, requesting karaoke, and even closing out your tab, which was absolutely incredible. Freezing Cold A/C was a welcome escape from the tropics, and their drinks were strong, affordable, and very tasty. Definitely a gay bar, all are welcome with an open mind. Karaoke talent among the clientele is top-notch here too, applause all around.
I love this place. I make sure to come here every time I make it to Oahu. I feel like I am family here. Great bartenders, and karaoke. If you are here on a Sunday be sure to come in for Brunch, It is the highlight of my weekends!
Absolutely had the time of my life here! Everyone was so nice and I love that everyone is welcome. The drinks are so good and I love how you can order through the app and they'll deliver the drinks to you. The karaoke is awesome too.
The staff here are so friendly. I came during the 15th year anniversary celebration. It was my first time visiting and I have been a regular ever since. The atmosphere there is so much fun, they have a large library of songs, and the drinks are great.
One of the best karaoke bars I've been to. Pure fun! Everybody is welcome and getting a song in is easy. We were here on the early side so it's wasn't too crowded
My partner and I had an aperol spritz, one of the specialty cocktails (I think it was the lemongrass one) and a Negroni. All of the drinks were quite good and the atmosphere of the bar was very good. Would definitely recommend this place!
